Please have the Purchase Details and the IMEI 1 for OnePlus handy. IMEI 1 number is clearly visible on the packaging and the product itself. Googling always helps if you need help finding it.
Please note you DO NOT need to register Anker products. Please preserve the original invoice and packaging for warranty purposes.
In case there is an error related to the activation code, probable reasons are:
- You have entered incorrect IMEI 1 or serial number, or
- The product you purchased is fake or previously owned, or
- The product has been imported through unauthorized channels, and therefore beyond the scope of our warranty terms.
